Ladies' Day is held twice per year at the Durango Gun Club Range on C.R. 213/La Posta Road (south of the car dealership).
The days are generally in the late summer and fall.

Donations are appreciated and go the Durango Gun Club.

OVERVIEW: The day is designed to provide women and girls to opportunity to familiarize themselves with firearms in a non-threatening environment (i.e., ladies only, no husbands or boyfriends).
Safety is gained by limiting shooters on the firing line to 6, with assistants monitoring the activities behind the line to ensure all have a pleasant day. An experienced instructor will conduct activites on the range, again ensuring safety.
The duration is about 2 hours. There is no requirement to stay the full time.
Ladies generally provide their own firearms and ammunition but with sufficient notice loaners can be made available.
This the opportunity to acquire new skills or hone present skills with the handgun.
